Returns Policy
- Raise a return request within 7 days of receipt of product by writing to care.veda@addvantis.com
- You are eligible for a return if a wrong product, expired product, open or damaged product has been delivered to you.
- We will refund your amount or send a replacement as per your preference within 7 working days.
- In case of prepaid order, the money will be refunded into the original mode of payment. COD customers will be required to provide bank details for the refund.
