THE SUMMER CHEAT SHEET

Let’s get started.

Excessive sweat

No one can escape the everyday commute and the sweat that comes with it. To combat it, we advise carrying some Rosewater to spray on your face in between the day. This enables you to cleanse your face without drying it out completely.

Prickly heat

Prickly heat is a mild rash. It isn’t anything serious, just some sweat trapped under a few layers of your skin. But it can be an inconvenience and an annoyance. Put a few drops of Peppermint Essential Oil in your bath water to get relief from it.

Sticky, oily hair

Summer and nice hairstyles don’t get along very well. To make sure your hair isn’t sticky and oily throughout the day, mix a few drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil in your shampoo. Once you’ve done that, you can be proud as a peacock with your perfect hair.

Oily skin

Oily skin is a tough one. Most face packs dry out your skin without giving it the nourishment it needs. Vedaearth face packs come with Essential Oils that, when mixed with the face pack, moisturise your skin and keep it soft.

Dry skin

Dry skin can be painful. If left untreated, it can cause serious health issues in the long run. Thankfully, it can also be easily remedied. Use some Tea Tree Oil with a carrier oil to cleanse it and then you’re good as new.

Body odour

Body odour can be a pressing issue for those of us whose daily routine involves a lot of travel. When even perfumes and deodorants usually fail, Essential Oils can do the trick. Just put a few drops of any essential oil in your bath water for relief.

Fungal infections

Summer is also the time when you are at maximum risk of developing fungal infections in even well-washed areas of your body. To combat it, use a few drops of Tea Tree Oil with a carrier oil.

And that’s it!

You’re ready for whatever summer throws at you! Don’t forget to tune in next time. For more content like this, consider subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media at @vedaearth.
