1. Lavender Essential Oil

How to use - Mix 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil with a carrier oil like almond or coconut oil and rub on the feet, temples, wrists for an immediate calming effect on the body and experience bliss.

2. Tea Tree Oil

What is it - Unlike the name suggests, the essential oil of tea tree is not extracted from the plant that we derive tea leaves from. Neither is it related to tea oil, which is extracted from the seed of the tea plant. Derived from a native Australian plant, be careful while using this elusive oil. Excessive usage can lead it to dry your skin out and cause unpredictable acne breakouts.


How to use - Use a drop or two of the oil on a warm washcloth or cotton and inhale to treat colds, coughs or toothaches and to promote overall good health.

3. Geranium Essential Oil

4. Lemon Essential Oil
